Atk Spd is quoted in milliseconds in game, like normal hero who has 1000 attack speed attack once every 1000 ms = 1 s

The buff from talent and skill on atk spd works like this

Example:  The hero base atk speed is 1000, pd buff once increase spd by 40%, and that hero has berzerk 1/5, wihch increase speed by 10%

The atk speed after buffing is   1000 / (1+10%) / (1+40%) = 649
This number will be ROUNDED UP to nearst multiples of 200 ms, which is 800

Here is a table for base atk speed 1000 hero case.

Interesting!! So there's no difference between berserk 2/5 and 5/5 with a PD buff skill 8.

Wow! That's a large rounding margin. It's crazy that berserk barely give any benefit with a high lvl pd skill. Of course, when pd stacks I'm sure it does make a difference. Good job finding this out gyus!

Since this table only shows pd single buff, it seems that berserk isn't very useful in HBM (assuming PD procs at the beginning of each wave). Dungeons and raids and arena also typically have only 1 pd buff at a time, so berserk loses its usefullness there too. I think boss fights is where it makes the largest difference, or for players with no pd.

600 is the cap on attack speed then?  But, there's no cap on movement speed?

Where's the source on the 600ms attack speed limit? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQTAr8LR3M4 If you look at this, it is obviously way faster than 600ms.

That's the chart for 1 PROC from Pumpkin Duke. I have no idea where you guys are coming up with a 600 ATK Rate Cap.

He isn't saying there is an attack speed cap of 600. This graph only shows the max attack speed of a 9/9 pd with 5/5 berserk IF PD PROCS ONCE. If you put ARES FRENZY, and MULTIPLE PD PROCS, then its much faster than 600.

Even with a single buff, I can't figure out why there would be a cap. If there was a cap for singe buff, surely that same cap would apply to the stacked buffs.
