I have the following heroes, and want to know which would be best to level up first. I have enough shards and books to bring it to 180 and level 9 talent

Athene
Rockne
Anubis
Creation-01

I already have
Pumpkin Duke
Michael
Vlad
Dread drake
Gunslinger
And a few others. They are all 180 and have level 8-10 talents

Anubis and GS are two of your best heroes. Mike is not far behind.

If PD is 9 already I'd do Anubis. If you have Cupid he's worth developing too.

Anubis is first, no question about it. Kick out Vlad from team, and put Anubis inside. Also you can remove DD and add Rockno when he will be ready. Focus to build sixth hero base ASAP and than add Athene to team. You can forget about Creation for now.
