So we all see hero's damage from their stats, but their real attack power depends on both their ATK speed, skill and talents.

Here I want to make a list of hero's real attack power, considering ATK speed and skill.

***First, a few observations.***

1. ATK speed unit is millisecond, so if ATK speed is 1000, it means hero attack once every second.
2. Hero need to do 7 attacks to fill up the energy bar, the time needed for that is 7sec *  ATK spd / 1000
3. Taking damage can also increase hero's energy, the full relation is like

Energy = Attack count / 7 + Opponent hero attack count / 7 + Opponent troop/tower attack count / factor_troops
Where factor_troops is around 50 - 100.

***Now the formula ***
Eff DMG = DMG * 1000 / ATK spd * ( 1 + Skill factor + Talent factor)
where
Skill factor  = Skill DMG / 7
Talent factor is straightforward. For example, for deadly strike lvl 1, talent factor = 30%

For example, lvl 1 executioner, lvl 1 skill, lvl 1 Berserk
DMG = 200
ATK spd = 1000
Skill DMG = 100%
Eff DMG = 200 * 1000 / 1000 * (1 + 100% / 7 ) * (1+ 10%) = 251
Notice above that for berserk the talent factor is a multiplier rather than an addition to skill factor.

*** Hero's effective DMG ***

The table for effective DMG is included in the hero's stat calculator.

In the calculation, only damage to shrine is calculated. Any AOE effect is not considerred, such as Champion's or Druid's skill. So be careful when interpreting the result.

Ninja at level 60 is 1681 DMG and 1966 DMG after upgrade.

Hello there! May I add my bit of information? Recently while playing in the arena I realised that my executioner lv49 was attacking faster than my cyclops lv29 while they share the same ATK Speed of 1000. The executioner performed 7 attacks for every 6 attacks of the cyclops. Could this mean that the movement speed plays a role too?

Your executioner could have the Berserk talent which increases ATK speed by %.

I wish he had. He has revive 2/5... And I am quite certain of what I saw. If the actual ATK Speed was the same it would be far too obvious for me to be mistaken. Could someone do a little research?

There is a basic attack animation time for each Hero. We will need a dev or someone to enlighten us on each of the Heroes inherited animation speeds.

succubus primary ability scales.entirely differently  since it reduces target hp by X% of max hp.   i dont know how you are going to model that vs others scaling  by attack.
