how to get the pumpkin Duke
So I have tried this base some times and it seems to me that those internal walls drive enemies too far from the center and then my heros dont focus very well. I find the typical deathbox with walls towards the center much more effective (currently beating P 90% with it).
Here is a variation for TH 18 for players who don't have a lot of range hitters to choose from. I've got the snowy and druid up front because there isn't as much space for the to run away on the bottom entrance.
So the results of both having the hero bases tighter together and also having the town hall off in a corner by itself were much greater. All my heroes alive and full health, whereas all the other victories have been death by hero traps.
The weirdish part was that after my guys cleared out the heroes and troops, with the boss still only at the front entrance, my guys went and jumped back over the inner wall and attacked him, and he didn't attack ANY of them. I'm guessing he must have somehow aggro'd on a building that was in front of them and apparently never got knocked down.
As for the corner vaults, any flying hero has to fly within my heroes' range to attack those vaults. And no ranged hero can reach vaults from outside the walls.
Cordi and others, need your help/suggestions.
I tried the base for O and it's unpredictable if I'll win or not, won some lost some.
I believe with some of my heroes, I should farm O and not just unpredictably beat it.
Can you give me suggestions about what heroes should go where etc.
I've tried the 2-1-1-2 hero base placements, also tried the 2-2-2 with bombs sandwitched in between.
Town Hall 18 (will be 19 in 15 days), All hero bases 19, buildings inside deathbox are level19, Towers level 20.
(If you're going to suggest getting Santa or Vlad - dont. I dont spend gems on hero rolls anymore and spend all my gems(free) on LR refreshes)
Here are my heroes (Grizzly is a projection of where he will be in 7 days, he is very close to the projection now).
Due to some glitch my base got overwritten with my other deathbox layout so cannot attach an image right now.

Nice base design ^^ here's my TH 15 Variant, I only farm J since I have low building/ Hero lvls and dont have my 6th base yet. Is there any difference in rotating it? or putting the entire base on the side rather than in the middle of the map?
Hey cordi I've made a new 4-corner variant of your base (TH 18) for anyone who wants to power level 3 heroes at a time on J (or maybe higher? Haven't tested). Of course I use Vlad which makes this work so well, but his presence means the other 2 heroes can be largely based on players preference. I'm using...
DK - 154, 6/9
Pixie - 124, 4/9
Vlad - 146, 5/9
This has worked 100%. I threw Th in middle base for more HP.
