If you don't have vite5 on cupid I'd put it on him first. It's not really good on any of those as main talent except maybe trixie. If cupid has it then mike, tree, ac, val are all better options then those you listed.

There are many heroes to pick. Standard order is: Aries, Cupid, Val, Buffers/debuffers depending what you have. From those you wrote i don't think anyone could get it as talent, since they have better talents. Only insignia can be selected on them.
On other hand heroes like Aries, Cupid, Val, Medusa, even PD are much better with Revite 5 as talent, since they just must have it, and they don't have too many alternatives in other talents.
