Unfortunately here no one will be able to help you. Live support is only way to handle situation like that. But like Andre wrote keep order confirmation and send it to LS when they will answer you.

Actually Live Support has nothing to do with your actual purchase.  This is a transaction between your financial institution and IGG's and can temporarily be delayed by a number of reasons, including very high activity.

If you do not receive within a short period of time, you should use the link ingame for Live Support, who can investigate and correct the issue.
