Hopefully someone can answer and im guessing its in front off me but how do you dismantle Crest and insignia

Press the Disc+ button next to Adaptness and then choose your crests that you would like to Dismantle

If you still don't know go to Insignia screen of your hero, button you used for inscribing will be active now, and you can argument hero even more, but you will need discs, which are available from LR or converting crests. That blue disc with "+" is what you are looking for.
Now I'm happy i didn't sold all of them and kept crests bags.

So i kept all my crest for years. I found how to dismantle them. Only dismantled some level 1 crests as a try-out.
I upgraded adaptness to level 8 for dyna.
When i click it, i need to select an insigna??? But it doesnt show insigna???
Anyway, all help and explanation appreciated. Also it would be nice to know if there are issues if you dismantle higher crest levels that we arent aware of at first sight.

Yup, I sold all my crests. No, I'm not sad. It would have been nice to dismantle them all but that is OK.

So the blue disc(from dismantling) is used to raise adeptness level, the codex(from lost realm) is also used to increase adeptness level (confused?). But how to obtain the 5 new insig? And did anyone check the stats increase-there is something strange about those number!
