Can you unlink a gmail account from a game?

You can't unlink an account, but you can add multiple accounts! If you wish to start over, follow these steps:

1) Add Gmail Account(s)
Settings - Accounts and Sync - Add Account - Please add 2 or more Gmail accounts.

2) Link the current account to one of your email
Enter game - Settings - Link Account - Choose one of your Gmail accounts - Confirm Link - Authorize.

3) Switching to a new account
Go to Settings - Choose the option “Change Account” - Choose another Gmail account.

Can u ore someone explain what the benefit is in adding more then 1 account. Can we switch between them. Do we loose progression when we switch. Im not sure why this is...

where is the first option for settings then accounts and sync. I cant find it in game so im guessing its somewhere else but where?

Your phone settings, not CC settings.

With multiple accounts you can switch between them without loosing progress. And this can be done as many times as you like. I have been playing with 3 accounts from past some days.

Thats great to know. I did not know. Sounds like a great loot making/farming strategy.
