[Chat (Android)] Word of caution to Gem Buyers

I bought some gems today and got an error.  Basically the game eventually reloaded after a store error dialog popped up.  So after a few minutes, I didn't have any gems so went in and rebought them.  10 minutes later I had both transactions processed.  I eventually chose to keep the gems, but decided I shouldn't be penalized with less gems over two transactions (versus buying them all at the same time).  I contacted live support and got the "you got what you paid for" run around.

So make sure you WAIT if this happens to you.  It took over 10 minutes before both transacitons showed up.  Else, you'll have double expense you don't want, or less gems than a consolidated purchase.  You'll get no help from live support, just a waste of time.

Same thing happened to me =(
The live support are just there for show.

I won't be spending any dime in this game anymore and had warned my friends.
They're the one who introduce this game to me though.
