Did i seriously just say the wrong spell... it is frenzy sorry 'bout that. 20% increase in attk, attk spd, and movement spd.

Not sure if this affects heroes but Ares Frenzy gives you increase atk spd,mov spd and increases atk as well for a certain time...

I think you are talking about Ares Frenzy then. It increases the speed of your attacks, movement as well as your damage.

Level 1: ATK SPD, MOV SPD, Increase ATK - 20% for 8 seconds.

You guys all have relic hall level 16 + or what? xD

Mine is lvl 12 and I can't upgrade it anymore cause it's too long and I NEED magic to raid with only heroes haha damn it...

I put relic hall from 11-16 off of gems because not being able to use spells during build time sucks. You need lvl20 relic hall for lvl5 snowstorm I'm pretty sure though. cause it says I need lvl17 for lvl2
