Thanks for the link. I've counted 89 procs in the 2 minutes, but either way that's not conclusive ...

yes, that makes sense.

the cap seems to be 200 ms with zerk pd as well. since both pd and cupid are 8/9, I don't think one can decrease atk interval lower than that.

Good to know, now I can changed the simulator a little bit with that info, lol.

How many stacks does a 7/9 PD achieve without berserk?

I figured that I need 6 stacks at 7/9 in order to get a permastun.

3000 ms / 7 attacks = 429 ms ATK SPD needed

1000 ms base ATK SPD / 234% increase in attack speed = 429 ms

234% / 40% per stack = 5.84 stacks needed to achieve 429 ms ATK SPD

So by that math, I would need to achieve 6 concurrent stacks on my PD to achieve permastun. Is that possible with a 7/9 PD without berserk?

Considering I haven't been able to achieve a permastun with that setup, I can assume that a 7/9 PD achieves no more than 5 stacks. So I would need a Berserk 2 on my champ to get a permastun.

tl:dr
I think, in order to get stunlock without Cupid, you need one of the following combinations
PD 7/9 & Champ Zerk2
PD 8/9 & Champ Zerk1
PD 9/9 & Champ Zerk0

As long as the PD can achieve 5 stacks, a 6/9 PD and a Champ with 4/5 zerk should achieve permastun.

750 ms base ATK SPD (Zerk4) / 175% increase in attack speed = 429 ms

175% / 35% per stack = 5 stacks needed to achieve 429 ms ATK SPD

I have a pd with 6/9 and 4/5 revitalize and a champ with 5/5 berserk and a cupid with 4/9 5/5 hb and still not able to stunlock. Hopefully 7/9 on pd will do it
