I've tried a few minutes ago to claim the Cannon Tower skin scraps at my TW account and it worked!. There you have a short video from my Instagram while I'm unlocking the skin for the tower. Don't mind the "super cute", please.

Remember you need to use the following page and code for this purpose, but always selecting the Language of the server (TW server this time). If you don't have an account at TW server, wait until the update be released on your own server.

Thanks for the video. So you only get a cannon tower skin? Have they made cannon towers useful again?

FirstLady Rated on 1/23/19 9:43:42 PM: I doubt the stat boost will do much to make it more useful, but skins for the other buildings will be forthcoming. We might even see some in the next ballon event. I absolutely love the Townhall one.

Saouri Rated on 1/24/19 1:14:54 AM: Hellmo, they offered the Cannon Towers only. I think is written on the Facebook post after reveal the first part of the code. But they also told the Skins will be part of Exchange Events, so maybe we could expect to see this scraps at Hot Air Balloon events instead hero skins.

Hello, Miss Sao. I am wondering if you had a chance to take your 100% super cute tower (OMG it is so unbelievably adorable!!!) for a spin.

IGG put a screen on Facebook about how building skins have skills, and I didn't see anything on that subject yet. I know skins make the building harder to kill, but what are building skills?

There is a post at TW server, by our admin Claire, talking about this.
From what I can understand both from the text and the images:
1.- will need to have all the skins,
2.- we will need to reach certain level of enhancement on them
3.- There will be 2 different skills (we can choose one to be active).
4.- the effect of that skill will be seen in battle and released by the Town Hall.

To avoid to create another post about the same, considering the Update is ongoing at US Server, this is what I've found about the Building Skill description.
The source is the last YT video by MartaYeray CastleClash, who last year gave a couple of exclusive info about updates for Spanish server, and also is my Admin from Spanish server forum.

So, yes, I do believe this info is accurate. More or less what cuould change is names, because the info is not from US Server to see final english description.

So, first Skill sounds like Town Hall will act like another tower, a powerful tower.
This could change again the way to play Guild Wars. At least, sounds very interesting and probably would be important to get those Building Skins and the Skills, as soon as is possible @__@
