When and what for game destroying bugs lasting 2 weeks plus ....please make it adequate when compared to the damage done, no 1000 gems etc., that's weak

@LordMagnus, While you are certainly in IGG's forum it is not manned by IGG employees but rather other members.  Having said that you should direct your 'cough' demands to IGG directly via their Live Support.

Amazon gets hosed when it comes to rewards and such. We have a smaller player base, so IGG doesn't always hold up to their promises.

Personally, I care not for compensation.  

Given the update issues from January 2019 update, I would have expected IGG to bone up more than the 500 gems Amazon players are being compensated for with the February 2019 update.

All customers should receive fair and adequate treatment.  That bonus being offered is, I think, typical of what IGG offers it's fan base irrespective of the technology plattorm they're on.

Personally, I care about equitable treatment for all.  

IGG is creating a class of consumers that are being treated differently than the other classes on Android, iPhone and others and that could create / has created a situation of inequality.

Do what's right for the Amazon base.  Thanks!
