I have been in a dispute with IGG since August 5 over items purchased but not received due to game drop offs. After countless emails with the help desk their standard reply has become "we would like to advise you to have the order refunded so you can purchase again" . I can't get them to tell me how to accomplish this. Can anyone explain to me who I am to contact to get a refund and what I need to do?
Xechs_DarkTop5, Is essentially correct if you have a purchase issue you should first provide IGG with the transaction ID number provided by your financial institution so that they can mediate the issue for you. However since they told you to request a refund you should go back to your financial institution and request the refund and attempt to repurchase, assuming that the same items are still being offered.
