I had the same problem with Windows 8.1 and I used all the ways to solve the problem of Windows Store .. but in the latter I installed Windows 10 and I was able to install the Castl Clash

Castle Clash Version - 1.4.3
I can't upgrade to version 1.4.4. In store i see game only in 1.4.3. version.
