Let us frame it this way: if everyone gets the same "rewards" it is not really a reward is it? So those that did ff in other timeslots got the rewards for ff, everyone else got nothing.
Basically, igg has taken the issue and tried to sweep it under the rug, by giving everyone the same thing, and in doing so have disproportionally benefitted some people. This isn't rng or luck, this is igg having a failure of service and screwing half? of their customers.
You have every right to be mad, IGG should at least benefit the members of the guilds that registered for 12st, and apologizing for wasting their customer's time.
So let's get this straight - giving you compensation equivalent to maximum FF rewards and equivalent GW fame, in addition to cards to compensate for potentially lost HBM, dungeon and mesa/lava entries, which is exactly (or more than) what you lost during the server down time isn't good enough for you because someone else that may have been able to do FF got the same compensation?
They made you whole, which is all you can hope for. What someone else may or may not get affects you in no way at all.
I like how people keep inventing ways for IGG to compensate them without knowing the practicality of their suggestions.
Fact is, this method was likely the quickest and only practical way to compensate the player base.
Rescheduling FF for only those guilds in the affected slots would likely be difficult, as the registration system probably isn't written for this scenario.
Sending rewards to all members of guilds registered for the affected FF slots might require manual effort if the system isn't set up for it (a couple thousand guilds x 75 members adds up). Plus, doesn't this unfairly compensate those that wouldn't have participated in the FF in the first place (Wouldn't I have the right to complain that all members of your guild got FF rewards when only those in my guild who participated got theirs)?
There is no perfect system. Appreciate what you got.
