[Bug] Can't upgrade - no support - no email - no help

155k player in distress I'm unable to download the update and install.  I have tried for days including deleting the app and reinstalling.

IOS 10.3.3 iPad v4

An email would go a long way in helping someone since now I can't get in the app to use chat.

Don't expect a speedy help process. Just mindless repetition of "sorry for the inconvenience" and "we are trying to help as best as we can".  Your best bet is to head to reddit and ask for help from american people with Ios app experience, not foreigners who just want money and don't care to help you.

restart your device. I had the same issue at first on my phone, restarted my device and it worked just fine afterwards. If not, try to log out of your AppStore Apple ID and login again (Settings > AppStore > Log Out).
