As the headline says, I opened up CC and my progress wasn't there. No name, TH level 1, new IGG IDD, you know, fresh start. I know my "old" IGG ID, can I get my account back?
I am not sure but I think Amazon accounts are linked to devices so if you changed devices that would be the reason for this, however I suggest you use the link ingame for Live Support to assist you.

Uninstall and reinstall. I have never heard of this happening. From what I understand even if u transfer your account to a new device it can still be accessible on the old one. If that does not fix it live support is your only hope... AKA you are doomed.
