Good day. I just want to report that I can't seem to redeem my rewards from my quest board. I tried closing and opening the app but i still can't redeem it.

Is there any message showing up when You are trying to get them ??
Did You tried on different device, with (if possible) different internet provider ??
Did You tried to contact Live support with this problem ??

Nope. I just can't redeem my rewards. Tho, its okay now. I only redeemed after logging in again for a few hours

Is good to hear. Maybe it was some internet connection problem, since you had to wait. But good it is fixed now.

Did you check if your warehouse has enough storage?

Right, this is also one of reasons, but if this happens there is info that there is no more room in warehouse. That's why i have asked if there is any message showing up.

I recently encountered this when I was redeeming my rewards from the quest board I couldn't claim it and there is no message showing up whatsoever. I really thought my internet was bad then I restarted the app so many times it still didn't work, heck it even came to the point where I reinstalled the game then when I nonchalantly opened my warehouse it turns out my warehouse was full lul. Since then, I make sure if my warehouse has a storage before I redeem rewards.

This is weird, every time i am trying to claim more rewards than i can store i am receiving warning message. Of course this happens when i am trying to claim reward from mailbox or LR for example. Therefore i know i need to clean warehouse to get rewards.
