Hi big bargainer having problem that doesnt show items code...i tried clear cache but it doesnt work.

When i tap on "ask for help" my mobile keyboard pops up

The quickest way to obtain help is by using the link ingame for Live Support / Chat.

Taping on "Ask for help" should copy item code which should be in device memory. Try to paste it to guild chat and see if it was actually copied. It is possible You can't see that message, but code was actually copied. If not than LS is only way to fix it.
