IGG has continually mistreated and ignored there customers. Constant server failures, some of the worst customer service i have ever seen(i work in customer service for a wine company), rampant cheating and an attitude of milking us for money as opposed to improving faling standards of gameplay has lead to a culture of deteriorating gameplay for all concerned. i had planned to spend 50 dollars today when my pay went through. Not now. i urge all playing members to boycott the gem sales to hold IGG accountable. If they want to treat us paying players as if we were free to play players and provide us with an inferior product lets act like non paying players.
Our servers are now back to normal! our technical staff have fixed the issue. A compensation for the interruption will be provided for all clashers during our next scheduled server maintenance. Thank you for your support and patience, Clash on!
is there any way the guilds which were cought by this during boss fights get either an extra challenge or the hb they just missed? this is the worst we could have lost outta this unpleasant situation! thank you!
