Over the past few days we’ve experienced an increase in"hacker" posts on our forum; many backed by strong evidence while others are less careful with their accusations. While we certainly appreciate the passion that our players have towards Castle Clash as well as their commitment to fair-play, we also want to encourage a community that’s more constructive rather than the opposite.
Posting or naming players that may or may not be hackers certainly helps us in identifying and resolving problems, but we encourage our players to post them through the “SUBMIT A BUG” function that can be found on the SETTINGS button in-game, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Through these methods, we can record your reports more efficiently as well as verify our own data faster in order to see if suspected parties are indeed conducting illegal activities to progress through Castle Clash. We can also record how many complaints a certain issue is creating and make better plans to resolve them.
We understand this is a sensitive subject and wish to treat it as such. Posting about certain issues or concerns with Castle Clash is always good as we know that most of the time they’re intended to improve the game. However, making inflammatory remarks or posts that don’t achieve anything constructive helps no one.
These are some of the reasons why we encourage you to report these types of sensitive issues through the features mentioned above. Any further posts regarding a hacker or a cheater will be removed and will then be reported to our relevant team. Repeated posts regarding this subject matter, after several warnings, may result in your account being banned from use of the forums.
Thank you once again for your support and understanding.
