If it really does round up then the max attack speed is 100ms.
Edit: Now I'm the one who failed to read... "Details on ATK SPD approximation"
If some of you actually clicked the link to the editable spread sheet you would see that 600 is not the limit and that higher levels of berserk do make a difference depnding how many times PD buff is stacked. The table in the original post only shows a single PD buff.

yes.. the single PD buff maxes but the stacks are additive.. thereby exceeding the single cap. Is the stack double though? Also, referencing the video... is Druids buff added in.. answer, no.
The chart is a factual equation for only the 1st PD buff and doesn't figure into it the druid buff nor the stacking elements. Hence the reason a 9/9 in the video moves so fast.

ForceClosed It's because it's mathematically impossible to reduce ATK Speed below 500ms with only berserk 5 and pd's proc. If you add another proc, or frenzy, it can reach below 400 or even 300 Post time 4-18-2014 01:39 AM
1,000/1.5/1.4 = 476.19
Berserk 5 with Lvl9 Buff single stack.
EDIT: You are right. I need a 5/5 berserk on my hero so i can get my numbers right :lol
Still interesting to find out more about the rounding. Reaper's attack speed comes at 750ms according to the tooltip - which many of us believe are erroneous. But why would IGG build in a rounding factor if they meant for Reaper's attack speed to be 750?
Check out the link below, there you may change pd stacking times and hero base atk spd.
