[Bug] "A heartfelt thank you" event gift not received

I've collected the event gift about an hour ago, but it is yet to be seen in my mailbox. I thought it was just me, so I tried using my alternate account and the same thing happened. I'm quite new to this forum, and I don't know completely whether this is a bug, but please respond of this has happened to you as well.

EDIT: Nevermind, I was just too impatient. I've received the rewards now.

There is a delay in delivering the gifts, log back in and if still not received use the link for Live Support.
